The Business Requirements Work Group has completed its most recent project, updating "The Models of eRecording" paper. This paper examines the evolving nature and definition of the characteristics of land record documents submitted for eRecording.

The work group meets via conference call on the 2nd and 4th Tuesday of each month at Noon Eastern.  For additional information regarding these calls please contact Valerie Sprague.

eRecording Profiles... a Better Way To Describe Models?

First there were eRecording "levels." Then there were eRecording "models." Now there is a new term being used, "profiles," that more specifically describes the technical characteristics of documents submitted for eRecording.
