Real Property Law and Legal Issues Committee

This committee tracks property records-related legislation in all states.  Where a broad consensus exists regarding a solution to a property records issue, the Real Property Law Committee works in conjunction with the Legislative & Public Policy Committee to draft model legislation to address the issue.  The committee also reviews and recommends statutes related to public records, reviews and recommends solutions to deter fraudulent recordings, and reviews and comments on proposed revisions to UCC
Article 9.
