eRecording eXcellence Work Group

The main goal of this workgroup is to address and propose solutions to resolve or reduce challenges to eRecording and to increase market place adoption of eRecording.

Ten years after the first eRecording XML standards setting process was initiated, a meeting was held on October 27, 2011, to identify what works and what does not work well with eRecording. The meeting participants identified a number of items that do not work well and are obstacles to adoption/implementation of eRecording.

The eRecording eXcellence Work Group will explore ways in which to increase adoption and break down the barriers to the eRecording process for both recorders and submitters.
